The unit rents
from Saturday to Saturday. A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days
of booking in order to confirm a reservation. An additional $100.00
damage deposit is refundable 30 days after checkout, subject to any damage to
the unit. The rental balance is due 30 days prior to check in.
